I purchased a 1246 Sq.ft 3 BHK flat for approximately 60 Lakh. The project is ready to move in, developed by Sri Sai Bhavani Constructions. The children's play area is a nice touch, though I don't have kids. The water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems are also good features. My only slight worry is that OC is not available yet, which makes me a bit hesitant about the long-term legalities. Otherwise, the flat is comfortable.
