The community buildings are useful, and the swimming pool is a nice bonus. We got a 2 BHK flat with a saleable area of 1100 Sq.ft. It's much better than our old rental place. The location near SriJiva Hospitals, which is nearby, is very convenient for us. We also like the rainwater harvesting system they have implemented. The only minor concern is the noise from the nearby road sometimes, but it's manageable. We moved in when it was ready to move, around November 2019.
