    This is my fit flat purchase, and I chose Sri Raghavendra Residency. The 2 BHK apartment is around 1000 sq.ft built up, which feels spacious enough for me. I managed to get it for just around 19 Lakh. Since it was ready to move in, it saved me a lot of waiting time. Raghavendra Builde& Developebuilt it a while back, it was completed in 2014. The lift and power backup are good basic amenities. The address is Plot No. 85/86, Shashank Enclave, Keesara Mandal, Near Krishna Theatre, Dammaiguda, Secunderabad. I am still figuring out the best way to commute daily from Dammaiguda, as traffic can be a bit unpredictable in Secunderabad.
