The floor plan is decent but honestly the bedrooms feel a bit compact for a family of four. On the positive side, Sri Maruti Developehas provided good amenities like fire sprinkleand a proper fire fighting system which is essential for safety. Being a government employee, I value the proximity to the RTC bus terminal which is about 4.5 kilometeaway. It makes my daily commute much easier.
