Moving into GPR Orange Homes was a smooth experience since the project is Ready to Move. I really like the quiet atmosphere here in Kondayapalem. The 2 BHK apartment gives me exactly 738.19 Sq.ft of space which is just right for me and my wife. We do not need anything too massive to maintain. GPR Green Infra has done a fair job with the finishing of the flats. Medicover Hospitals is not too far away, which gives me great peace of mind as a senior citizen. The only minor issue is that you definitely need your own vehicle to get around easily because public transport is not right at the dootep. Overall, it is a peaceful place to spend my retirement yeacomfortably without any major headaches regarding construction work or noise.
