I have been living in AR Camellia for a few months now and it is a peaceful society. Being a government employee, I appreciate the proximity to the RTC Bus Terminal which is close to the complex. The 3 BHK unit size is 972 Sq.ft, which is quite compact but well planned. AR Constructions included amenities like rain water harvesting and closed car parking, which are quite helpful. The building is ready to move which saved me from waiting for long periods. The only minor issue I face is that the guest parking is a little limited when relatives visit on weekends.

Location was the main reason we picked AR Camellia. Having Narayana E. M. High school nearby is such a huge advantage for my children. We did not want to spend houin traffic every day. The 2 BHK unit at 809 Sq.ft is sufficient for us right now. AR Constructions has ensured that the complex remains secure with 24x7 CCTV surveillance throughout the campus. We also frequent the Medicover Hospitals nearby for routine checkups, which is very convenient. My only concern is that the play area for kids is not very big, so they sometimes have to go out to a nearby park. Otherwise, the building is clean and well maintained.

I bought a 2 BHK unit with 650 Sq.ft, which is easy for me to manage alone. AR Constructions has done a good job with the basic infrastructure like rain water harvesting and power backup, which is very useful. I feel safe here because of the 24x7 security peonnel at the gate. It is quite close to the main road, though the approach road can get a bit dusty during the dry season. Regardless, the convenience of having everything nearby makes it a worthy investment for someone looking for a quiet life in Nellore.

We opted for the 3 BHK, and while the carpet area of 972 Sq.ft is manageable, I wish the kitchen area was slightly larger for storage. On the positive side, having closed car parking is a big relief in this locality. It is good to have power backup installed, but sometimes the lift service gets a bit slow during the morning rush.
