The 2 BHK layout is very functional for a single peon and the 740 square feet area is easy to keep clean. K Subbarao has delivered a project that feels very secure with the power backup and guards on duty. I enjoy playing table tennis in the common area whenever I get some free time after work. My only concern is that the parking area feels a bit congested when all residents are home in the evening.
