I bought a 3 BHK flat, which has a saleable area of 1263 Sq.ft. The price range of 45.47 Lakh to 46.19 Lakh seemed reasonable for the area and the fact that it is ready to move. Sri Lakshmi Vengamamba Constructions has a decent track record. The amenities like closed car parking and 24x7 water supply are standard but essential. The completion date in March 2020 means it's a fairly new construction. I think the rental yield will be good here.
