The site is located in Syamala Nagar, which is a developing area, so there is some noise from the road work, but that should settle down. I appreciate that they have included a park in the plan. It seems like a solid investment given the school and hospital nearby. I am counting on them to meet the August 2026 deadline without any major delays.
