I bought a 3 BHK unit in Sri Janakiram Apartments, located in Thumukunta, Secunderabad. As a business owner, I look for practical aspects and good value. The fact that it is ready to move is a significant advantage. The built-up area for the 3 BHKs is between 1480 Sq.ft and 1660 Sq.ft, offering ample space. Sri Janakiram BuildeAnd Developehave included essential amenities like closed car parking, a sewage treatment plant, and power backup, which are very important for hassle-free living. The nearby Thumukunta Bus Stop (0.5 km) is convenient for commuting. My only slight concern is that the overall pricing, although not available to share, felt a bit high for the current stage of development in that specific pocket of Secunderabad.

We were looking for a ready to move flat for my parents in Hyderabad and found Sri Janakiram Apartments. The location in Thumukunta, Secunderabad seemed promising as it's close to SriJiva Hospitals which is nearby, and also near the Thumukunta Bus Stop at nearby. My father needs regular medical attention so proximity to the hospital was important. The 3 BHK flats are quite spacious, built up area ranging from 1480 Sq.ft to 1660 Sq.ft. My parents can have their own rooms and a guest room. The developer, Sri Janakiram BuildeAnd Develope, has provided amenities like 24X7 water supply and power backup, which are essential. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, but hopefully that will settle down once everything is completed.

The proximity to Pebble Creek Life School (0.9 km) is excellent for our children. We did find the traffic on the main road leading to Thumukunta to be a bit heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider for daily commutes.

This project by Sri Janakiram BuildeAnd Developeis ready to move, which was a huge plus for us. The flat size is good, around 1550 Sq.ft built up. We liked the idea of having recreational facilities and water conservation features like rain water harvesting. The area is developing, and it's good that Pebble Creek Life School is nearby at nearby for future planning. However, the internal roads and footpaths could be better maintained. Also, the parking space for visitoseems limited, which might be an issue when friends visit.

The built-up area is a decent 1500 Sq.ft approximately. The developer, Sri Janakiram BuildeAnd Develope, has included features like a sewage treatment plant and internal roads, which are good to see. It’s also conveniently located near SriJiva Hospitals at nearby. While the project looks good, I felt the exterior finishing and common area lighting could be improved slightly. It's not a deal breaker, but for a debut purchase, you want everything to be perfect. Overall, it's a solid choice in Secunderabad.
