Living in Alwal, Secunderabad is practical as it’s close to schools like Pallavi Model School. The project by Sri Eshwara Sai Developeincludes amenities like closed car parking and fire sprinkle, which are good safety features. The construction is ongoing, with a target completion of May 2026. The main drawback is the access road; it’s a bit narrow and can get dusty during construction. We are hoping for better road infrastructure by the time we move in.
