We were looking for something in Tadepalli and this project by Sri Balaji Constructions fit our criteria perfectly. The location opposite Christanpet Church is very easy to navigate. We opted for the 2 BHK unit with 95 Sq.ft carpet area. It is a ready to move flat which meant we did not have to pay rent and EMI simultaneously. We noticed there is a bit of traffic noise during the peak houon the nearby main roads, but that is expected in a developing area. Overall, it feels like a secure and practical home for us. It is nothing overly fancy, but it gets the job done for a working couple like us.
