We purchased a unit for 39.55 Lakh. The project was completed in December 2011, so it is ready to move in. The proximity to National Highway 7 is convenient for business travel, it's nearby. The developer, Sri Sreevaari Builde, has a decent reputation. The 24x7 water supply is essential for us. Overall, it seems like a solid property.
