    We bought our 3 BHK flat here because of its proximity to good schools and hospitals. Johnson Grammar School is literally a stone's throw away, just 0.49 kilomete, and Yashoda Hospitals is also at the same distance. That was a major factor for us. The flat size of 1408 square feet is ample for our family of four. Having the Tarnaka Metro Station nearby is also a big plus for longer journeys. Sree S V Group Buildeand Developecompleted this project back in 2012, so it's a well-established building. The 24x7 security gives us peace of mind. The only downside we've noticed is that the noise from the main road can be a bit intrusive during the day, but it quiets down at night.
