I bought a 2 BHK unit with 780 square feet of carpet area. Being a woman living alone, I appreciate the 24X7 water supply and the general safety of the apartment premises. It is located near the Varadhi Bus Stop which makes public transport quite accessible if I need it. The budget was around 60 Lakhs which I felt was fair for the area. The building is ready to move which saved me from paying rent elsewhere. It is a quiet residential pocket. I do wish there was a bit more greenery in the immediate surroundings, but the building structure itself is quite well maintained.
