The proximity to the metro station and railway station is excellent for our commutes. We are considering a 3 BHK with a saleable area between 2100 and 2680 Sq.ft. The price range of 1.51 Crore to 1.93 Crore is what we are budgeting for. The amenities like the Theme Park and community hall are attractive. We do feel the traffic on the main road leading to Padmarao Nagar can get quite heavy during peak houthough.
