We decided to invest in a plot at SR Crescent City in Secunderabad. The price for the larger plots goes up to 1.34 Crore, but we found a manageable size for around 40 Lakh. It's a ready to move project, completed in March 2021. SR Developehave provided basic amenities like water supply and street lights. The proximity to Yadagiripalli X Road Bus Stop is convenient for daily commute, just a minute away. However, the main road access isn't the best; you have to navigate some internal lanes. The OC is not available, which is a slight worry, but since it's ready to move, we proceeded. The surrounding area is developing, so hoping for good appreciation.

It is ready to move, construction finished in March 2021. SR Developehave included good amenities like rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant, which shows they care about sustainability. The location is peaceful, away from the city's noise. However, the distance to Habsiguda Metro Station is quite significant, about 16.65 kilomete, making public transport a bit challenging for daily commutes to our IT jobs. Also, during our site visit, there was quite a bit of dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas.

Water supply is 24x7, a crucial amenity. It’s very close to Pallavi International School - Keesara, which is perfect for our children. The only downside is the parking situation; there is open car parking, but it can feel a bit cramped if many residents have multiple vehicles. The price point was within our reach, and the development around Cheeriyal looks promising.
