Buying my fit home at SR Aadya Aananda was a big decision, but the project site looked promising when I visited. I booked a 2 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 1167 square feet. I really like the connectivity since it is near AH 45 and the Varadhi Bus Stop, which makes commuting very simple. SR Infra is still working on the structure as the expected completion is January 2031, so I have to be patient. I did notice that the access road could get a little busy during peak hou, which might be a small headache later. However, getting a spot in Amaravathi at this stage feels like a smart move for a fit time buyer.

We just signed the papefor a 3 BHK at SR Aadya Aananda. The main reason we chose this was how close it is to N. St. Mathew's Public School, which makes life so much easier for our children. The carpet area of 1474 square feet is quite generous for our needs. Since it is currently under construction, we are waiting for the January 2031 possession date. The location in Tadepalli, Amaravathi feels like a good spot for families as it is away from the main city chaos. My only worry is the current construction dust in the area, but hopefully, that settles down soon. SR Infra seems to have a decent plan for the layout. We are happy with the decision for now.

I picked up a 3 BHK unit with a 1474 square feet carpet area for long term gain. The proximity to Mahanadu road and Manipal Hospital Vijayawada adds a lot of value for future tenants or buyeSR Infra has been professional during the initial booking process. My only concern is that the wait time until January 2031 is quite long, so do not expect immediate returns here. It is definitely a wait and watch game for this investment, but the location justifies the patience.

Finally moving out of a rented house to our own space at SR Aadya Aananda has been a relief. We checked out the 2 BHK unit with 1167 square feet carpet area and it suits us perfectly. The location near N. St. Mathew's Public School and Varadhi Bus Stop makes it very convenient for our work and travel. SR Infra has promised completion by January 2031, which is a bit of a wait, but we are okay with it. My only concern is that the project is still under construction, and there is quite a bit of traffic noise near the main road currently. We hope that once the landscaping is done, it will be much quieter. Overall, a nice place to call home.

Moving to a quieter part of Guntur was our priority, and SR Aadya Aananda seems to fit the bill quite well. We looked at the 3 BHK apartments and liked the spacious 1474 square feet carpet area layout. Being near Manipal Hospital Vijayawada gives me and my wife a lot of peace of mind regarding medical access. The project is being developed by SR Infra and the possession is slated for January 2031. We find the area around Tadepalli road to be peaceful enough for retirement. The only downside is that the project is still under construction, so we have to stay in our current house for several more yeaOtherwise, it looks like a very promising development for us.
