The location in Aushapur, Secunderabad is decent, with D-Mart just a minute away for daily needs. It's a ready-to-move project, which was less intimidating than buying under construction. They have basic amenities like water supply and internal roads. My only reservation is the lack of OC received information, which makes me a little cautious about future approvals. However, the developer seems reliable based on their past work.
