The total cost came to around 95 Lakhs. My kids are also excited about the children's play area within the gated community. We are planning to build a good-sized home, and the plot size gives us that flexibility. The developer, Sri Jagathswapna Infra Projects, has ensured good amenities like storm water drains. The only minor issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry spells, but overall, it's a good environment for families.
