We were looking for our fit home and Soundarya Paradise caught our eye. We chose a 2 BHK, 1100 sq.ft. The location in Yeshwantpur is developing rapidly. The price of 65 Lakhs was manageable for us. We love the jogging track and the indoor games facility, perfect for unwinding after work. The fire sprinkleand fire fighting system provide peace of mind. The only minor drawback is that the price point feels a little high for the area, but the amenities offered do add value. We are excited to move into our new apartment.

We purchased a 2 BHK here last month. The location in Jalahalli is quite convenient, close to the Kendriya Vidyalaya. We liked that the properties are spacious, our unit is 1150 sq.ft. Moving here was a good decision for the kids. Kendriya Vidyalaya is literally just a 450-meter walk away, which is a huge relief. We got a 3 BHK measuring 1500 sq.ft. And it has enough space for everyone. The multipurpose room is great for indoor games. The only issue we are facing is the traffic during peak houon HMT Factory Main Road. It gets quite congested. Apart from that, the 24x7 water supply is reliable, which is essential with young children. Soundarya Paradise seems like a good family-oriented project.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Soundarya Paradise for its location in Jalahalli, near Kendriya Vidyalaya. I bought a 1050 sq.ft. 2 BHK apartment. The budget of around 62 Lakhs was what I had planned for. The gymnasium and swimming pool are great amenities for a new buyer like me. Soundarya Constructions seems like a reputable developer. However, I noticed that the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can be a bit botheome at times. Also, the roads leading to the project could be better maintained. Despite these small issues, I feel it's a decent start.

My only concern is the lack of readily available parking space for visito, which can be a bit inconvenient when friends drop by. Still, the overall location and quality are commendable.
