The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look pleasant. However, I found the room sizes to be a bit compact for my liking, especially considering the built-up area. Parking is also a bit of a squeeze if you have a larger vehicle. But for a fit-time buyer, it covethe basics.

The price of 46.74 Lakh was at the higher end of our budget, but we felt it was worth it for the extra space and amenities. Living in a gated community with 24x7 water supply and power backup has been very convenient. The location in Jalahalli offereasonable connectivity, although reaching Basaveshwara Satellite Bus Station at nearby can take time due to traffic. The Vastu compliance was a plus. The community is well-maintained by the staff. We are happy with our decision to move from renting to owning here.
