I wanted a comfortable place to call my own in North Bangalore. Shivparvati The Orchard in Jalahalli caught my eye. I picked a 1056 square feet 2 BHK. The size is great for me, and the flat feels quite airy. Having a gymnasium onsite is convenient for my fitness routine. The location is also good, with the metro station not too far away, which is important for my commute to work. The price of my flat was around 65 Lakhs, which was manageable. The project has a swimming pool and children's play area, which are nice additions even if I don't use them directly. The only minor issue is the dust from the nearby HMT Estate road sometimes.

I opted for a 999 square feet 2 BHK which is perfect for me as a single peon. The building has a lift, which is essential, and the overall ambiance with tree plantation is calming after a long day at the hospital. The price for my flat was around 60 Lakhs. My only concern is the availability of OC, which was not provided, and the slightly older construction date of April 2018 means I need to check for any immediate maintenance needs. However, the quiet surroundings are a big plus.

We were looking for a spacious flat near a good school and Shivparvati The Orchard fit the bill. ORCHIDS The International School is just 450 metres away, which is super convenient for the kids. We got a 1056 square feet 2 BHK, and the size is decent for our family of three. The children's play area is a nice touch. The Olympic size swimming pool is also a big plus for weekend relaxation. Construction seems solid. My only slight worry is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but once inside the complex, it's quiet. The price range was within our budget for this area.

The multipurpose hall is something we look forward to using for small gatherings. Living in Jalahalli also means we are close to schools for our children, although we didn't need that specific amenity ouelves. The price was competitive for the size and location, falling within the 80-85 Lakh range. The developer, Shivparvati Constructions, has a decent track record, which gave us confidence. The swimming pool is a nice bonus too.

The price felt a little high, around 70 Lakhs for our unit, but the location and amenities justified it for us. The landscaped gardens are also quite pleasant.
