The sizes are good, with 3 BHKs ranging from 1108 to 1250 square feet, appealing to families. The price for my unit was around 55 Lakhs. Soham Construction delivered the project by June 2022. While the property itself is sound, the OC received status is not available, which can be a slight risk for future buyeor resale. The indoor games and community hall are decent value adds.
