This is my fit time buying a home, and Soham Pravya Phase 1 felt like a good starting point. I liked that the apartments are North-South open, which should give good ventilation. The 1389 Sq.ft 3 BHK layout seems decent for a couple starting out. The price point for the 3 BHK is around 1.15 Crore, which was within my budget. The location in Rajarhat, Raigachi is developing, and it’s close to NH 12. I’m a little concerned about the completion date being September 2030, which is quite far away. However, the developer, Soham Group, has a track record, so I’m hopeful they will deliver on time. The clubhouse amenities look appealing too.

We chose Soham Pravya Phase 1 because of its proximity to good schools. Kendriya Vidyalaya is nearby, and the Sub-CBD2 Metro Station is also at the same distance, which is convenient for commuting. We booked a 3 BHK apartment which is 1761 Sq.ft. The price was around 1.3 Crore. The developer, Soham Group, has included a Volleyball Court and a Swimming Pool, which my kids are very excited about. The area is developing nicely, and it’s close to the airport, which is useful for travel. My only reservation is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but the internal roads seem manageable. The overall layout of the complex looks promising for families.

The proximity to the airport and NH 12 is a definite plus for accessibility and potential future appreciation.

The location near Raigachi is well-connected, with the airport and NH 12 nearby. The construction status is under construction with a completion date of September 2030. One minor issue I foresee is the parking management once the complex is fully occupied, but overall the project looks solid.
