I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in SNR Elegance Residences as it is a ready-to-move property and I didn't want to wait. The location on OMR, Thoraipakkam is excellent, very close to my office. The built-up area for the 2 BHK is between 730 sq.ft to 1200 sq.ft, I chose one around 800 sq.ft. The price was within my expectations, around 50 Lakh. It is a gated community with essential amenities like 24x7 security and water supply. Rain water harvesting is also implemented. The connectivity to GST Road is also a major plus. The only minor issue is the construction quality, some areas in the common spaces look a bit rough. But for the price and location, it is acceptable.

We were looking for a ready-to-move flat near our work on OMR and found SNR Elegance Residences. The location is really convenient, right on OMR and close to GST Road. We got a 2 BHK which is 730 sq.ft, perfect size for us. It feels spacious enough and has good ventilation. The price was around 45 Lakh which fit our budget. We liked that it's a gated community with 24x7 security and water supply. The Wi-Fi connectivity is also good. The only thing is the car parking can be a bit congested during peak houwhen many people return home. Overall, it’s a decent place for young professionals.

The price was around 65 Lakh, which I felt was reasonable considering the area and current market rates. One concern is the dust and noise from the ongoing traffic on OMR, especially during peak houAlso, I am still waiting for the Occupation Certificate, which is a bit concerning for future saleability.

Finding a home near APL Global School was our priority and SNR Elegance Residences is nearby, which is amazing. We bought a 3 BHK apartment here. The built-up area is around 1500 sq.ft, giving us plenty of room for the kids to play inside. The project is Vastu compliant, which was important for my mother. We received the Occupation Certificate, which provided peace of mind. The price for the 3 BHK was about 89 Lakh. The community has good amenities like landscaping and tree planting, making it pleasant. My main concern is the traffic on OMR during mornings and evenings can be quite bad, making school drop-offs and pick-ups a bit stressful sometimes. But the proximity to the school makes up for it.

The pricing for the 2 BHK apartments starts from 43.79 Lakh, which seemed competitive for the area. They offer different sizes, 730 sq.ft to 1200 sq.ft for 2 BHKs and 1500 sq.ft for 3 BHKs. Being ready to move in March 2019 was a plus. The amenities like CCTV surveillance and car parking are standard. However, the lack of an OC received is a significant drawback from a legal and future resale pepective. This definitely impacts the overall appeal and makes it a slightly riskier investment. The metro station is also quite far at over nearby.
