The apartment size is 1860 sq.ft built up, which feels quite spacious for our family. The location is convenient with schools like ORCHIDS The International School nearby, making the morning commute for kids very easy. The developer, SNN Builde, seems to have maintained the property well over the yeasince its completion in 2008. The gymnasium is decent and the children's play area is always busy. We are happy with the purchase overall.
