I am buying an apartment for my parents in Jaipur while I am abroad. SNG Shree Enclave Block A in Jhotwara, right on NH - 8, seemed like a suitable choice due to its location and the fact that it is ready to move. I looked at the 3 BHK configurations, with carpet areas ranging from 1175 to 1234 square feet, which should be ample space for them. The SNG Group completed this project in December 2022. While the direct highway access is good, I am a bit worried about the maintenance aspect once my parents start living there, as I won't be physically present to oveee things. The fire safety features are a good thing to have in place for their security.
