It is currently under construction with a target completion date of December 2026. The proximity to NH-8A, NH-8C, and Sardar Patel Ring Road, all within nearby, is beneficial for travel. My main concern, however, is the potential traffic noise from these major roads being so close. While the location is good, I hope SMJ Corporation has considered soundproofing measures. I will be visiting the site again closer to completion to assess the noise levels fithand.
