I purchased a 3 BHK flat at Anvayaa for my parents who are living in Ahmedabad. The location in Makarba, Prahlad Nagar is convenient for them, being close to Shalby Hospitals and DAV International School. The size of the flat, 1845 Sq.ft built up, provides ample space for comfort. I was pleased that Nila Spaces LTD D included a gymnasium and a children's play area, although my parents won't use those. The project is ready to move, which meant my parents could settle in quickly. The biggest drawback was the limited information available about the developer's previous projects and completion timelines, making it a leap of faith for me. However, the landscaping and general upkeep seem good.

I just moved into Anvayaa and it's quite convenient for my work. The location in Makarba, Prahlad Nagar is decent. It's close to DAV International School, which is good if I ever need to access that area. The flat is a 3 BHK with 1845 Sq.ft built up, which feels very spacious for just me, but I wanted room for guests. The gym is a good addition and the landscaping looks nice. My main issue is the traffic on the main road during peak hou; getting out of Prahlad Nagar can be slow. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live and the ready to move aspect was a huge plus for me.

It is close to the Jivraj Park Metro Station, which is useful. The 3 BHK flat is a good size at 1845 Sq.ft and feels quite luxurious. I appreciated the dedicated Senior Citizen Siteout area, as my parents might visit. The gymnasium is also well-equipped. My only concern is that the adjacent roads can get quite busy, making travel a bit unpredictable sometimes. But the project itself seems very peaceful and the landscaping is beautiful.

We were looking for a ready to move flat in Ahmedabad and Anvayaa by Nila Spaces LTD D caught our eye. The 1845 Sq.ft 3 BHK is exactly what we needed as we plan for a family. Being close to NH-8A and Sardar Patel Ring Road, both nearby, makes commuting much easier. We visited the site and the indoor games area looked fun, plus the children's play area is a definite plus. The only slight worry is the dust on the roads around the construction area, but hopefully, that will settle down. The Vastu compliant design was also important for us. It’s a good neighbourhood to settle in.
