    I purchased a 2 BHK here because it is a ready to move in property. The built up area is 1143 sq.ft which is quite spacious for my family. It is located in Makarba, Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad which is a decent locality. The price was around 67.4 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the size and location. The developer Shivam Priory has provided good amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. I also appreciate the 24X7 water supply. The only slight issue is the proximity to the main roads means there is some traffic noise sometimes, but that is common in Ahmedabad. Overall, it's a good residential project.
