The project is ready to move in, which is convenient as I cannot be there for the entire construction duration. It's located in Sector 73, Baraula, close to the Sapphire International School (4 mins) and a hospital (3 mins), which are essential for my parents. The 2 BHK at 1050 square feet is spacious enough. The inclusion of a temple within the gated community is also a thoughtful addition. The price was around 50 Lakhs, which is reasonable. I am hoping the maintenance will be good.
