This is my fit property purchase, and I chose a 2 BHK in JMD A1 Tower. It's 1050 square feet built up, and the price was about 44.57 Lakhs. The location in Sarfabad, Sector 73, Noida, is decent, and it’s ready to move in. I liked that it is a gated community with 24x7 water supply and power backup. The metro is also quite close, which is good. JMD Construction seems to have a reasonable offering here. The premium granite countertops in the kitchen are a nice touch. However, I found the surrounding area a bit dusty during my visits, which is typical for developing areas, but something to be aware of.
