The fact that it's ready to move in was a big plus, as I didn't want any further delays. The location is excellent, with both Sapphire International School and Shri Ram Singh Hospital very close by – literally 0 and a short distance respectively. This proximity to essential services was a key factor in my decision. The price of 65 Lakhs was also within my expected range for a property in this area. While the developer information regarding completion and OC is not readily available, the apartment itself is well-built. The connectivity via Noida Sector 16 Metro Station is also quite decent.
