As a young IT couple, we needed a place that was well-connected and had good amenities. Skyline Champagne Hills in Gottigere seemed like a solid option. We chose a 3 BHK with 1715 square feet built-up area, which gives us plenty of room to work from home. The price point around 68.6 Lakh was manageable for us. Having a Swimming Pool and Gymnasium within the complex is great for our lifestyle. It's also a short distance Konanakunte Cross Metro Station, making commutes easier. The only downside is that construction dust from nearby ongoing projects sometimes gets into our balcony, which can be a bit annoying. But otherwise, we are happy with the purchase.

The Swimming Pool and Children's Play Area are good additions for the community. It's also conveniently located near Konanakunte Cross Metro Station (a short distance). My main concern is the lack of readily available OC received status, which makes me wonder about the documentation completeness. Despite that, the Skyline Constructions project has a good build quality overall.

The built-up size of 1205 square feet is adequate for my needs. I remember the price being in the lower range, around 48.2 Lakh. The 24x7 Security and Landscaping & Tree Planting were appealing features. While the project itself is good, the connectivity could be better. Getting onto Bannerghatta Road can be a hassle sometimes, especially with the ongoing work. But generally, it has been a stable property.
