The location in Yeyyadi is strategic, with good access to major roads like NH 17 3rd Cross Road and State Highway 67. This helps with my commutes for work. The amenities provided, such as the swimming pool and power backup, are practical. My office is not too far, so being able to reach it quickly is a significant advantage. The building itself looks well-maintained from the outside. I did notice that parking can be a bit challenging during peak hou, especially if you have a larger vehicle or multiple cavisiting. It's something to consider, but manageable.

    Decided to get a place for my parents in Mangalore and found Skyline Bayview. It is ready to move which was a big plus since I couldn't be there for the entire construction period. The location in Yeyyadi is quite accessible. It's close to NH 17 and also the Edapally Panvel Highway, making travel convenient for them. They have a swimming pool and lift facilities, which are important for older people. My father mentioned the power backup is reliable, which is good for Mangalore's occasional power cuts. The only slight worry is the traffic noise from the nearby highways sometimes, but they are getting used to it. Overall, it seems like a solid choice for their comfort and peace.

The area in Yeyyadi is developing well. We liked that it has a swimming pool, which is great for relaxing after a long week. The lift is also very convenient. My partner likes that Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir (SSRVM) is nearby, as we are thinking about starting a family soon. The only thing is the price was slightly higher than we initially budgeted for, but the quality and location made us go for it. We are still settling in but are generally pleased with the apartment and the builder, Skyline Group.

    This is my fit property purchase, and I was looking for something ready to move. Skyline Bayview in Yeyyadi seemed like a good option. The apartment layout is decent, and it felt comfortable. Having a swimming pool and lift is a nice bonus. It is quite close to A. J. Hospital & Research Centre, which is only nearby, and also near Mangalore Junction. That kind of connectivity is important. The Skyline Group seems to have a decent reputation. My only minor concern is that the surrounding area can get a bit dusty during certain times of the year due to ongoing development, but hopefully, that will improve. I am happy with the decision so far.
