The apartment is well-ventilated with picturesque views, which I really appreciate. Being single, the concierge service is quite helpful for managing deliveries and other small tasks. The location in Yeyyadi is reasonably close to A. J. Hospital & Research Centre, which is reassuring. The price was a bit high, around 72 Lakhs, but the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium make it feel worthwhile. The fire fighting system also adds to the safety.
