The location on Barebail is quite accessible, with Airport Road and NH 17 nearby. A. J. Hospital & Research Centre is very close, which is reassuring. The apartment layout is functional for a single peon. However, I've noticed that the noise from the nearby highway can be noticeable sometimes, especially during the day. It's not unbearable, but something to consider if you need absolute quiet.
