    I evaluated several projects before investing in Sky Spring. The pricing range between 45.95 Lakhs to 64.82 Lakhs seemed competitive for the Sarjapur Road area. The project is ready to move in, which minimizes risk related to construction delays. Skyrice Developementioned completion in November 2023. The area is strategically located near the Outer Ring Road and NH 44, which is good for future appreciation. I purchased a 2 BHK unit. While the amenities like power backup and rainwater harvesting are standard, the overall value proposition looked strong. I am keeping an eye on the OC status, which was not immediately available.

    Bought a 3 BHK apartment in Sky Spring for my parents. They are living there now and are quite happy. The size is good, around 1500 square feet, plenty of room for them. I chose this project because it's ready to move and Skyrice Developehas a reputation for timely delivery. The location is convenient for them, close to basic necessities. They appreciate the 24x7 security and the lifts. My only concern is that I am not physically present to oveee things, but my parents keep me updated. The price point was reasonable, around 60 Lakhs for the unit. Everything seems to be functioning well.

    We moved into our 3 BHK at Sky Spring a couple of months ago. The built-up area is quite generous, starting from 1438 square feet, which gives us enough space. Oakridge International School is nearby, a major reason we chose this location. Having Spandana Hospital nearby at nearby also gives us peace of mind. The children's play area is well-maintained and my kids use it often. The apartment has good natural light. The only downside is the traffic on Sarjapur Road during peak hou, it can get quite bad. But otherwise, the project itself is good.

    Finally decided to buy my fit apartment at Sky Spring. The 2 BHK flat size around 1149 square feet felt good for a start. It's ready to move which was a big plus because I didn't want to wait anymore. The price was within my budget, around 47 Lakhs. The location on Sarjapur Road is developing nicely. I liked the gymnasium and the children's play area. Security seems decent with 24x7 CCTV. My parents helped me with the down payment, so it was manageable. I hope the maintenance charges are not too high later on. Overall, a good experience so far.
