The size is perfect for me, not too big, not too small. The location on NH-8 makes commuting easy, though the traffic on the highway can be heavy sometimes. Singhal Buildhome Pvt Ltd has provided a swimming pool and a gymnasium, which are great for staying active. Having a lift is also a must for me. The Vastu compliant nature of the flat was an added bonus.
