    We were tired of paying rent and decided to buy our own place. Sky Falak Heights in Rakhial, Ahmedabad seemed like a good option. We bought a 3 BHK apartment, which is quite spacious at 1818 Sq.ft super builtup area. The price was around 38 Lakhs, which was stretching our budget a bit, but the option to move in immediately was key. The developer, Sky Heights Infra Space Private Limited, delivered it ready to move. The location is Central East. It is close to Narayana Hospital and Pragati School. The Apparel Park Metro Station is also not too far at nearby. One thing we are a bit concerned about is the parking. It seems a little tight, especially if we have visitoAlso, the OC status is not available which is a bit of a bother. Otherwise, the flat itself is nice.

The Sky Heights Infra Space Private Limited project is ready to move, so we could shift immediately after booking. The budget was important for us, and this project fit perfectly. The location in Rakhial, Central East, Ahmedabad is developing. The only slight drawback we noticed is that the construction dust can be a bit much sometimes due to ongoing development in the vicinity. However, the convenience for the children’s schooling is paramount for us.
