We checked out SKA Orion last month and the 3 BHK flats looked quite spacious, especially the ones around 1900 square feet. The location on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is super convenient for our commute to the IT parks. It's only close to the expressway, which is great. We also liked the idea of the outdoor air purifier and the IGBC Gold certification. The infinity pool looked amazing in the pictures, although we haven't seen it in peon yet. Prices are a bit high, starting from 1.54 crore, but the amenities seem to justify it. We are still deciding between this and another project.
