I found a 3 BHK apartment here, built up to 1494 square feet. The price was around 76.57 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the area. The proximity to schools and hospitals is also a big plus for families. While the project itself is good, I have noticed that the parking space can feel a bit cramped if you have multiple vehicles. Apart from that, the overall environment is pleasant and offea healthy living space.

It’s incredibly close to SP Well Fort and Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station, which is very convenient. I purchased a spacious 4 BHK apartment, measuring 2562 square feet. The price point, up to 1.67 Crore, reflects the size and location. The project offea club house, health facilities, and importantly, a pollution-free environment. The car parking is adequate, and the lifts are reliable. My only reservation is the lack of readily available information regarding the Occupancy Certificate, which would have provided extra assurance. However, the developer, Sivaji Builde, has a history of completing projects, so I am optimistic.

We moved into Sivaji Pearl last year and are quite happy. Our 2 BHK flat is 1178 square feet, which is a decent size for our small family. The best part is that Christ Nagar Higher Secondary School is nearby, making the morning commute for the kids so much easier. It’s also very close to Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station, which is handy for travel. The project has a children's play area, which my kids use daily. The only issue we found is that during peak hou, the traffic around Sasthamangalam can get a bit heavy. But otherwise, the amenities like power backup and fire fighting system give us peace of mind. The developer, Sivaji Builde, seems to have maintained the property well.

I bought a 3 BHK which is about 1573 square feet. The budget for these apartments ranges from 76.57 Lakhs to 1.67 Crore, and I managed to get mine within a good range. The construction was completed in December 2011. The amenities include car parking, lift facilities, and a sewage treatment plant, which are essential. However, I noticed that the OC received status is not available, which is a minor concern for a completed project. The location in Jawahar Nagar is accessible, though I wish the main road access was a little more direct. Still, for the price and size, it's a decent buy.

The price was a bit on the higher side, costing around 90 Lakhs, but we felt it was worth it for the amenities. They have a children's play area and a club house, which my mother is looking forward to using. The area is also described as pollution-free which is good for health. Overall, the process was smooth, and we are hoping my parents will be comfortable here.
