The price range is from 1.02 Crore to 2.02 Crore. Asset Homes Pvt Ltd has included a good list of amenities, including a gymnasium, swimming pool, and piped gas. The location in Sasthamangalam, Jawahar Nagar is strategic. However, from a financial pepective, the top end of the budget at 2.02 Crore for a 4 BHK might require careful financial planning for most buyeThe absence of OC received status is also something to note.

The developer, Asset Homes Pvt Ltd, seems reliable. I liked the gym and the jogging track. Being ready to move was a big plus as I didn't want to wait. Sasthamangalam is a nice locality. My only slight concern is that the parking space felt a bit limited when I visited, but hopefully, it won't be an issue with just my car.
