Finally decided to buy my fit flat at SFS Richmond in Sasthamangalam, Jawahar Nagar. It felt like a big step but the Skyline Foundation and Structures team made it smooth. The location is really convenient, especially being so close to Saraswathi Vidyalaya, which is just a nearby walk. My parents will be happy with the proximity to Sree Ramakrishna Mission Hospital Bus Station, also nearby. We are looking at a 3 BHK configuration. While the price was a bit higher than I initially hoped, the ready-to-move-in status was a huge draw. I am hoping this is a good decision for my future.

Finding a decent place in Thiruvananthapuram on my own was challenging until I saw SFS Richmond. I chose a 3 BHK here in Sasthamangalam, Jawahar Nagar. The location is fantastic for me as a working professional. It's very close to SP Well Fort, nearby, which is convenient. Also, the Sree Ramakrishna Mission Hospital Bus Station is nearby, making commuting easy. The flat is ready to move in, which is a huge relief. My only small concern is that the parking area might be a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle, but otherwise, it seems like a good find.

The Sasthamangalam, Jawahar Nagar location is excellent, close to Saraswathi Vidyalaya (0.5 km) where many children we know study. We are looking at a 4 BHK. The ready-to-move-in status meant we could plan our move without long delays. Skyline Foundation and Structures has built this project, and it seems solid. The only thing is that the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty sometimes due to ongoing work nearby, but it's manageable.
