Siva Sai Constructions completed this project in 2014. The area has potential for rental appreciation. Proximity to the Hyderabad-Ramagundam Road offegood connectivity. While the OC is not available, the building appeastructurally sound from my inspection. I am hoping to see good returns on this investment in the coming yeaas the locality develops further.
