    We were tired of paying rent and finally decided to buy our own home at Siva Capital Greens. The 1750 Sq.ft size is perfect for our needs as we needed space for our books and home office setup. Being near Tadepalli road makes our daily commute to work much easier compared to where we lived previously. Siva Constructions handed over the unit without any major delays. The rooms are well ventilated, though I must mention that the noise from the nearby main road can be heard in the balcony during the evening houIt is not too loud, but something to keep in mind. We are happy with the move so far and feel settled in our new apartment.

For my retirement, I wanted something that was well connected yet not right in the middle of all the city noise. The location at Tadepalli is quite peaceful and access to the main road is very quick. The apartment size is 1750 Sq.ft which is more than enough for us. One thing I noticed is that the parking area is a bit tight to navigate if you have a larger vehicle, so that is one small concern.
