I picked Simandhar Enclave for its location and the fact that it's ready to move. Being close to Nest Public School and Zydus Hospitals is a huge benefit, even though I don't have kids, it means good infrastructure nearby. The 24x7 security is reassuring for someone living alone. I also like that they have solid waste management and disposal systems in place. The landscaping is nice to look at. The commute to the metro station at nearby is manageable. One thing I noticed is that the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a bit much sometimes, but hopefully, that will settle down.
