The location behind Sales India in Jagatpur is accessible, though the road leading to it could be better maintained. The price starting from 2.25 Crore felt a bit high for a single peon, but the quality and amenities make up for it.

The duplex itself is huge, 4150 square feet, so there's ample room for everyone. The children's play area and the badminton court are frequently used by our kids. Overall, the amenities are good.
