We bought a 3 BHK which is 1286 square feet. The price was around 1.15 Cr, which was within our budget. The building has essential amenities like 24x7 CCTV and intercom. The only thing we found a bit challenging is the parking space; it can get a little tight when we have guests over. But overall, it’s a decent place for young professionals.
